Yes I’m someone who has watched all of RWBY and knows who the justice league are! Yay! So from experience I can say I’m not surprised. RWBY is a series that has a lot of potential but (was) managed by a terrible company and DC films are either a hit or a miss. Combining both was an absolutely horrible idea

The absolute worst thing about this though wasn’t even the really confusing plot or the mediocre dialogue… Not even the large amount of characters who basically had to fight for their own screen time. It was the character assassination of Batman.

It actually pissed me off how he was thinking of staying with the RWBY squad all because he has a set of wings and x-ray vision. Batman is suppose to be an example of ‘you don’t need powers to be a hero’ and they just massacred my guy!!! Don’t get me started on the fact he’d willingly abandon Gotham and finding who killed his parents for a chick he just met who by the way is 16 in this and Batman (despite being turned into a teen is in fact not a teen!)

The only things I liked about this were Superman and Ruby’s dynamic as well as Jaune and Jessica’s

I’m saying all this but I need to see what part two is about lol. Calling it now Watts is behind everything! If he is everyone that’s took the time to read to this point owes me £100 or dollars or whatever currency you have that adds up to 100 please and thanks!!

What doesn’t work is that it seems like it was made for RWBY fans rather than DC fans. I knew nothing about RWBY and at times it felt like they were having flashbacks to things from the RWBY world.
