I've been an on and off fan of WWE since about 2008, and the Undertaker has always been one of my favorites there was this unique aura since a lot of gimmicks back then had at least some sense of realism but The Undertaker was just a Deadman who could do all this weird shit like chokeslam someone off a ladder into "hell", had druids at his disposal, could turn out the lights and appear right behind you. and with the internet now more than ever there is more revealed about the wrestler's real lives but less though with The Undertaker because even behind the scenes Mark Calaway was just so committed to his character. With this docuseries it's the first time they've really pulled back the curtain and for the first time we see the man not the character. At it's core this docuseries is Brokeback Mountain except it's between a professional wrestler and the industry he just can't quit. But once you sink your teeth into you'll see it's a sobering and honestly at times bleak character study of Mark Calaway disguised as a documentary and it's impressive for at first seemed to be just a simple documentary about The Undertaker's final match. Even if you aren't a wrestling fan I recommend you to check this out and even though it's on in my opinion the worst streaming service Peacock I think you should bear through because it's just so good.
