Putting that grievance aside, because it’s becoming an annoyance at how many times I’ve heard it, I have to say that Murder On Middle Beach really caught me off guard. I didn’t expect to be as sucked in as I was and I really believe the structuring had something to do with it. Just when you think you’ve figured it out, another piece is added to the puzzle and it keeps on escalating. Madison Hamburg knows just how to get enticing information out of his subjects, and it all forms into one very engaging documentary series.

I thought this was going to be about an unsolved murder but it turned into a freaking therapy session

Love how it explores the complexities of not only the woman who was murdered, but her family, her friends, her life. She really was so incredibly complex and intricate in so many ways. This is one of the most personal documentaries I have seen outside of Youtube vlogs. Reminded me of My Brother Jordan.

Glad Ali was able to move on and has a life in Argentina, she seems happy. 

Also, Madison put himself on the line for this documentary. Recording places he wasn’t supposed to record, asking intense questions of grieving people, finding out his dad probably had something to do with it...

Seems to me his dad hired a hit man to kill his mom. Simple as that. Hope Madison can get some peace on this and his whole family.
