This is one of my favorite cases—I say this as someone who studies true crime,I'm not one of those weirdos romanticizing it okay?—It's disturbing and absolutely disgusting. I loved seeing this case in a movie adaptation and it's just so interesting that someone has little to no empathy to do this. A human can do this to another human and it's absolutely chilling. The Night Stalker is one of the worst serial killers that I've studied and his ways of killing people are disturbing. True crime will always be my favorite, but whenever I come back to this it's like for the first time.
