harry and meghan are both truly remarkable people and i am so unbelievably happy that i get to be alive right now to see how these two individuals are changing the world. i feel like this show perfectly captured their story, and told it in a way that no interview or book or movie could. i felt so connected to the couple and their story. i laughed when they laughed, i cried when they cried, etc. the way that meghan carried herself and rose despite everyone hoping for her fall just inspires me so much. i feel like this show truly changed my life because i, a biracial girl who is still coming into her own, got to see someone who looked like her on the screen for one of the first times. i felt so understood by meghan. we both had the same dreams and aspirations growing up and we both want to see a change in the world. it really honestly changed me to see someone else kind of grapple with their racial identity in the same way i have and still am. their story may have had its ups and downs just like every other, but i really do believe that it is one of the purest and most uplifting stories of hope present today. meghan fucking markle continues to inspire me, she is truly one of a kind.
