the sheer number of random plot devices was so frustrating to watch even lee jung-eun dancing mr. chu could save it for me 😔

also annoyed that the show would forget about characters for episodes at a time (go won wya). for a story centered around mi-jin’s magical double life, it did not explore that as much as it should’ve, instead being distracted by badly timed gags and tangential subplots.

the chemistry between jung eun-ji and choi jin-hyuk was elite though, and i wish they got more moments to show it off. my 2014 kpop stan heart never imagined them together but it worked so well <3 like i would’ve loved those last 15 minutes as the entire final third of the show!!!

The plot in the first half of the series was intriguing but the second half got predictable and draggy, which was a letdown for me. I did love the cast and their chemistry in general tho. Despite a rushed ending too, I enjoyed it while it lasted. This was my first time watching Jung Eunji act and definitely look forward to her other works.
