From an entertainment perspective, this does a decent job with its runtime. The youtube copy I watched relied on broken subs so I didn't get the whole story, but enough to understand the gist. I liked the first chapter more. It was a little more serious and we got some cool gore. The second chapter plays out like a adult pokemon. Somehow the dragons have mingled with humans enough to the point where a bunch serve the humans as warriors in gladiator-style tournaments. With the short runtime, there's not a whole lot of breadth for the backstory of the girl. So it feels very compact. It also gets points for originality, seeing anthropomorphic dragons in combat is enough spectacle to tide me over as a fun time. Wish we could have seen more of the devil stuff it alluded to. I wish we would have got at least a final chapter of this. Oh well, a fun find in my journey through obscure anime.
