A pseudo-documentary that does nothing but warm the heart then freeze it back over and over again. Theresa Russell is beyond words in this and carries the entire feature. Without her fully unhinged, balls to the wall performance this movie could have been dead in the water. Full of loveable characters and plenty of easy to hate ones as well, Ken Russell's use of the form and function and letting his actress reign supreme all combine for a perfect 85 minutes. Absolutely sublime.
