I will never get tired of it. I am hysterical again. *thought to myself… “*oh I’m gonna like this movie*” or I’m gonna be a “casual fan” of it, but instead, decided to let this film consume my entire soul from the inside out. * > it’s been out for months now, and I still can’t get over my first viewing of it. I will never forget that feeling ever. I will never forget how proud I am to be black, & to see my culture & ancestry represented in such a celebratory way—it rewired my brain completely; and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it since. I would write an essay about it for fun if I had the time; it sneaks higher & higher in my greatest films of all time list with every. single. rewatch. Ryan Coogler, the man that you are. The vision you have. A wannabe future filmmaker like me could only dream to impact a people as a whole the way you did with this movie. 5/5⭐️
