Some Movies Are Sports Movies Without Even Realizing It

Movie must hit most of criteria listed but I'm more of a vibes guy than a stickler:
-Must have a cast of characters that act as a team or family
-Cast must have a quarterback (singular team leader) however this leader can be replaced but underdog character later in the film due to injury or accident
-Unique semi- or fully one-dimensional characters that have to go through personal journey to over the course of the film to overcome or be consumed by their individual weaknesses / struggles
-At least 1 motivational speech from older character (father figure / wise man)
-High stakes ending that results in devastation or glory for the team
-No modern sport can be main tenet of the movie. Drawing the line from any sport played from 1900-2020s
-Villain exists to counter main character (extensional, philosophical, scientific, natural, etc. included)
-Semi-sports excluded (e.g.,beerfest)
